自由興即日 Freedom Someday 即興?什麼是即興?
可能與以往你所聽到的音樂風格不同,是演奏家們在感受當下周遭環境後,而創造出那僅僅一次,與窗外風景、與大樓燈火、與小巷路人、與那張斜靠在角落的黑膠唱盤,以及與自己獨一無二的對話。
「自由興即日」,為原「自由星期日」2.0版,自2023年花蓮市鐵道二館開始的一系列自由即興與隨之展開的jam session,2026年出走環台。

打擊樂演奏家Viktor Schramek為斯洛伐克人,目前定居在台灣。曾於斯洛伐克的布拉提斯拉瓦音樂院接受古典音樂訓練,2009開始於捷克布拉格著名的VOS Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory向Martin Sulc(師承Ed Thigpen)學習爵士樂。在校期間表現優異,曾加入由著名爵士鋼琴家Milan Svoboda領導的KJJ Big Band於世界巡迴,於台灣及亞洲各國演出。Viktor 不僅在爵士樂有深厚的基礎,對其它音樂風格也多有涉獵,16歲起即以職業音樂家的身份加入猶太音樂樂團Pressburger Klezmer演出,足跡遍佈全歐洲;2010-2015年加入古巴樂團LA3NO CUBANO、巴西擊樂Batucada樂團、民謠樂團GONSOFUS等;2016年起定居台東,曾與許多著名原住民歌手合作,包括:以莉高露、巴奈、巴賴、阿努、馬格拉海的改硬等,也曾與布拉瑞揚舞團合作。
Viktor Schramek, a drummer, percussionist, session player and music educator who was born in Slovakia is currently based in Taiwan. After studying classical music in State Conservatory in Bratislava, Schramek studied jazz performance under the tutelage of Professor Martin Sulc at VOS of Jaroslav Jezek. Since 16 he started to play in professional Pressburger Klezmer Band and toured in nearly all European countries for 3 years. While studying jazz performance in Czech Republic in 2009-2012, he had a chance to visit Taiwan with KJJ Big Band, which was conducted by Milan Svoboda in 2010. In 2010-2015 Schramek worked mostly as session jazz musician and fusion drummer in many formations, such as La3no Cubano, Gonsofus, and Campanha Batucada. In 2016, he moved to Taitung, where he started collaborating with numerous indigenous artists, music bands, and dance crew including Ilid Kaolo, Balai, Panai Kusui, Kaying No Makerahay, as well as Bulareyaung Dance Crew.
跨領域敘事與聲音藝術家,亦從事比較故事學(comparative folklore)研究。積極融合傳統故事講述技巧、聲樂與擴延口頭技術,探索語言之聲響與口頭藝術的多種可能性。近年以「狀聲-擬態詞」和聽覺文學(auditory literature)為核心,結合黑板寫繪(writing-drawing)技術,進行聲音詩的系列演出,並積極推廣實驗性創作。自 2020年起擔任衛武營教學藝術家迄今。曾出版複音詩集《肸蠁》、《音樂史暗處的金曲》,《故事生成界》。參與是聲音作品「狀聲詞的家屋」曾獲2024 C-LAB CREATORS支持,並先後受邀至巴黎、倫敦、首爾、柏林和哥德堡等地演出。2026與瑞典音樂家 Girilal Baars 合作發行首張專輯《彭潺》(Peng Chant,2026)。

Yu-Chiao Yang is an interdisciplinary narrative and sound artist whose practice also engages with comparative folklore. Drawing on traditional storytelling techniques, vocal performance, and extended vocal techniques, Yang develops experimental sound performances and works that explore the possibilities of the language sound and verbal art.In recent years, Yang has focused on onomatopoeia, ideophones and auditory literature, combining these interests with writing-drawing techniques on the blackboard to develop a series of sound poetry performances and to promote experimental artistic practices.
Yang has been a teaching artist at Weiwuying National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts since 2020. Their publications include the polyphonic poetry collections Xixiang (肸蠁), The Golden Pieces in the Dark Corners of Music History(音樂史暗處的金曲), and The Oral Generative World (故事生成界).
Yang’s participatory sound work The House of Onomatopoeia (狀聲詞的家屋) was supported by C-LAB CREATORS in 2024 and has since been presented in Paris, London, Seoul, Berlin, and Gothenburg. In 2026, Yang released Peng Chant (彭潺), their first album, in collaboration with Swedish musician Girilal Baars.
在韓語裡,dongyi 原是一種用來汲水的甕器。
他以低音提琴舀取土地、港口與時間深處的記憶,長年往返於東亞各地,並以即興作為方法,在爵士、實驗音樂與東亞傳統聲響之間建立獨特的低音語言。他的目光越過南北韓的邊界,追尋散居各地的 Koreans 所承載、卻逐漸消逝的語言與文化。曾以專輯獲韓國大眾音樂賞(KMA)與臺灣金音創作獎(GIMA)肯定,並以電影聲音設計獲得金鐘獎(GBA)。

畢業於台北藝術大學、紐約市立皇后大學爵士音樂研究所,師事Antonio Hart,研究所就學期間榮獲Jimmy Heath Jazz Award。曾參與台北藝穗節、Blue Note Jazz Festival、New York Winter Jazz Festival等演出,並與絲竹空爵士樂團、世界軌跡爵士樂團、Marc Cary、Ingrid Jensen、Dick Oatts同台。在紐約期間積極參與爵士樂與社群之間的推廣發展,包括執行與紐約哈林區一百年歷史的新阿姆斯特丹音樂聯盟合作的The Strings Lab弦樂四重奏計畫,以及與New Muse 4tet在紐約上區哈德遜河谷區的中小學非裔美人文化月的演出。2020年疫情期間,籌組跨國視訊工作坊--遞個爵士,製作爵士邊緣人podcast與不二爵士線上音樂節,並於2021年獲得國藝會超疫計畫補助。2022年發行小提琴即興演奏系列專輯【黑潮】並移居花蓮壽豐。2023年夏,在台灣各地演出共二十場演出,並擔任兩廳院爵士工作坊講師。目前任教於東華大學、花蓮女中與花蓮高中等校,並擔任花蓮鐵道園區花聲客廳「自由星期日」系列演出策展人。
Hsinwei Chiang is a Taiwanese violinist, composer, and educator in both jazz and classical. She has studied classical violin since she was age of six, and has toured with symphony orchestras in Malaysia, Italy, California, Hong Kong, Berlin. After graduating from Taipei University of Art (BA), she discovered her interest in improvisation and collaborated with different artists (jazz, world music, dance, theater, fine art) in major art scenes in Taiwan. Graduated from the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College in 2015, She has studied with Antonio Hart and received the Jimmy Heath Jazz Award. She has participated in Blue Note Jazz Festival, New York Winter Jazz Festival, and Interlochen Summer Art Camp. Chiang is a member of New Muse 4tet from 2018. During the years in New York, she has performed with Marc Cary (the Harlem Sessions), Mimi Jones (the DOME Project), Daniel Carter, Ingrid Jenson, Dick Oats, Mem Nahadr. She has worked with several nonprofit organizations in the Bronx such as Mind-Builders and Bronx Art Ensemble. She has produced a series of online workshops called Taiwan Digs Jazz, and hosted The Jazz Sideman Podcast and U Jazz Festival. She now resides on the east coast of Taiwan.
